Getting Started?

I remember when I first started exercising. I was so miserable. I had NO idea how anyone would ENJOY doing this to themselves. How could putting yourself through so much pain be GOOD for you?

Here is the trick: push through anyway.

It gets better. It starts to feel good.

The good news: the progress comes when you feel it the most. Those last few reps...last few seconds...THAT is where the money is. All you can do is do your best no matter what.

Exercise WILL become enjoyable and less painful. It WILL start feeling good.

Don't think about how you feel when you start, think about how you feel when you FINISH.
